Our costumers can buy on our website by two ways. Either without the obligation of registration or by registering. If they register, they get all the registrations bonuses (history of purchase, coupons etc.). If a costumer decides to delete the account from our website permanently, they have to send email to support@shanti.yoga. For the security reasons the mail for deleting the account has to be sent from email the person provided at the registration.

The subject of the email: Request for deleting account

The body of the email has to contain:

’I request a permanent deletion of my account’.

After 48 hours from the request for deleting account administrator will permanently delete the account and send the confirmation email about deleting the account.
